Independent Contractor Status: I understand and agree that I am an independent contractor, not an employee of NexorLink LLC. I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and expenses. NexorLink will not withhold taxes on my behalf. I will receive a 1099 if my earnings exceed $600 in a calendar year.

Commission Structure: I understand the NexorLink commission structure: 40% of first month MRR paid at client signing, 20% training retro paid at month 2, 40% retention bonus paid at month 6, and a monthly residual starting at 10% of MRR from month 2 onward (tiered to 15% at 15+ deals, 20% at 25+ deals, 25% Elite tier for top MRR rep). Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month following the month earned.

Non-Compete & Confidentiality: I agree not to solicit or sell competing AI voice or receptionist services to NexorLink clients or prospects during this agreement and for 12 months after termination. I will keep all client information, pricing, processes, and company data strictly confidential. Violation of this clause voids all pending commissions immediately.

Rep Responsibilities: I agree to represent NexorLink honestly and professionally at all times, pitch only qualified prospects, submit all signed contracts to onboarding@nexorlink.com within 24 hours of signing, and notify richard@nexorlink.com within 48 hours of any client complaint or cancellation request. I will not make guarantees not backed by the service agreement.
